Ciao Bella Jewelry Policies: Purchases, Cancellations, Returns, and Trade-Ins

Ciao Bella Jewelry Inc.’s policies outline the terms and conditions for purchases, cancellations, returns, and trade-ins. Purchases are binding contracts and payment is expected as per agreed upon terms. Orders may be canceled up to 1 days following an order, but after that time, our staff is working specifically to create your order. Failure to provide prompt payment will result in monthly interest fees.

Merchandise may be returned if something you purchased does not work out for your business. The trade-in option of up to 20% of merchandise is available on regular tiered pricing of new merchandise, but not on show special pricing. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and will work with customers until they are satisfied. We do not offer money back. (Trade-in does not apply to custom image or customer designed products.)
