Ciao Bella Jewelry was established in 2008 in Pittsburgh, PA. The name was chosen after her five year old daughter and also to represent the designer’s Italian heritage. While traveling through Italy, Italian men marveled at her daughter’s blonde hair. They all would say “Ciao Bella,” which means “Hello Beautiful.” After returning from Europe, Michelle was looking for a name for her company, and her daughter suggested using her “Italy name.”
The designer Michelle VanBibber has an eye for color and texture and takes pride in each piece she creates. Michelle attributes Ciao Bella’s success to the personalized customer service and standards for high quality products.
