  • Ciao Bella Jewelry is based out of the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
    Our orders are typically shipped with the US postal service. Our shipping and handling includes tracking and insurance. UPS or FedEx shipments are avaialable upon request.

At this time, we ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Ciao Bella Jewelry, Inc ships merchandise to Canada and England and Mexico. Other international locations please contact us for details and availablitly.

  • Ciao Bella Jewelry, Inc warranties its merchandise from manufacturing defects. We will replace or repair any item that is defective. If an item is broken due to customer damage or misuse, Ciao Bella Jewelry, Inc will repair said item for minimal cost.

    Ciao Bella Jewelry, Inc also offers a 25% of purchased order exchange policy for items that did not sell well with your clientele. You must notify Ciao Bella Jewelry, Inc of your request before returning your merchandise. You are able to trade in your merchandise for Ciao Bella Jewelry’s regular priced items of equal or lesser value. Custom items designed specific for your gift shop and clearance merchandise is not accepted back for trade-in. Show special pricing for trade-in is not available.

Consumer Agreement

  • Purchases from Ciao Bella Jewelry, Inc, from our website or through trade-shows, are binding contracts and payment is expected as per agreed upon terms. Failure to provide prompt payment will result in monthly interest fees, which increase with passing months.

    Due to the custom nature of our designs, cancellations of orders are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we begin purchasing custom charms and metals to complete your orders. Any cancellations after 24 hours will result in a 20% of order total cancellation fee. Please contact our administrative staff to discuss a postponement of an order.

    Ciao Bella Jewelry does offer its customers a trade-in option of up to 25% of merchandise may be returned if something you purchased does not work out for your business. The trade-in is not available on show special pricing but regular tiered pricing of new merchandise is offered. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and will work with customers until they are satisfied. We do NOT offer money back. (Trade-in does not apply to custom image or custom designs).
